Ambassadors Program

The Wells Bring Hope Ambassadors Program is designed to train young people in Community Outreach – how to go out into their communities and generate awareness of and support for a cause they believe in. It is a six-week seminar with students meeting via Zoom for one hour every Saturday morning. Upon completion of the course, students receive a certificate indicating that they have successfully fulfilled the requirements of the program.

The program is taught by founder and president, Barbara Goldberg, along with a select group of current and former volunteers who will share their success stories as fundraisers. It will also include inspirational speakers from West Africa. The Program has attracted students from all over the world. Come join us for an informal, stimulating learning experience. Letters of recommendation will be provided upon request to those who successfully complete the program.

“I feel so lucky to be involved with an organization that is passionate about their cause. Since joining the Wells Bring Hope Ambassador team, my life has been put into perspective and I have opened my eyes to how much I take for granted. I’ve learned so much from the people who have been in Niger because they’ve helped me visualize the importance in helping.”
– Anique W.

“Wells Bring Hope does not just bring clean water to Niger, they bring life to the people living there. Wells Bring Hope has deeply humbled me as a person and has encouraged me to help others.”
– Isabella H.

“I decided to get involved because the organization is not just about drilling wells, it’s also about helping women and young girls have a better life by allowing the girls to stay in school and get an education. Overall, through my experience as an Ambassador, I’ve come to believe that this is a great organization and worth volunteering for.”
Callie L.

“As a young volunteer with the nonprofit, I have had the opportunity to meet the wonderful leaders behind this humanitarian cause, as well as other volunteers who are truly passionate in dedicating their time to work with the organization. Being part of the Wells Bring Hope community is definitely an outstanding, humbling experience.”
Abril C.

“This is a great nonprofit that really helped me get involved with a serious issue especially as a high schooler. They convey an amazing and thoughtful message to empower people who live in the poorest country in the world.”
– Camille G.

“The reason Wells Bring Hope stands above the rest is simple: they have a unique model to ensure sustainability. Not only has volunteering with Wells Bring Hope taught me so much about the situation in Niger and what we can do help, but it has also brought out a feeling inside me that I rarely put to use– passion.”
– Vuong B.

“I can genuinely say that they are so truly passionate about what they are doing. Their mission is to help the people of Niger to live and prosper through drilling wells to bring clean water to villages, educating villagers about maintenance, and empowering women. This organization comes from a place of compassion and is truly changing lives.”
– Namrata P.
